Elm-City Home Inspections will give you a full 10-page legal report with copies at the time the inspection is done. Elm-City Home Inspections will also give you a 280-page, soft covered manual called A Home Inspection Manual For Buyers And Homeowners. A number of photos ( 20-30 ) will be taken during the home inspection and an addendum to the home inspection will be sent to you. We now will take some Infrared Thermal Imaging Photos with all our home inspections and these will be part of the inspection. All our home inspections come with a Free ultrasonic Fuel Oil Tank Inspection. With health safety in mind, we now perform a Free Air Radon test on all homes we inspect. ( Some restriction do apply). There's plenty of time to ask any questions about the property, maintenance of the building or any other important matter about the structures. The average home inspection takes between 3-4 hours with a minimun of 1 hour of daylight. After the inspection is completed, I am available by telephone to discuss any issues that are of a concern to you. WHO DO I WORK FOR?
I only work for you providing non-biased reports. No information is release without your written permission. You receive the original report and a copy of the report when the inspection is done. The report is handed to you on site after the inspection is completed. A copy is kept on file for up to five years. When the home inspection is completed, you are still my client and your file may be opened up at any time at your request. I encourage your participation during the inspection.
